NAAMII for Scaling Innovations and Building Nepal’s AI Talent Ecosystem

As part of the Annual Nepal AI School (ANAIS) 2025, NAAMII hosted the Scaling Innovations Dialogue in collaboration with Aadyanta Advisory, the U.S. Embassy in Nepal, and Tangible Careers. The dialogue brought together researchers, innovators, educators and industry leaders to discuss the future of AI skilling and innovation in Nepal.

Key discussions focused on Nepal’s transition from AI consumption to AI creation by strengthening research capabilities, industry connections and startup pathways. Speakers also highlighted the opportunity to build an “Innovation Factory” ecosystem where ideas can be developed locally and connected to global markets.

The dialogue further emphasized the need for future ready skilling models that go beyond specialized technical skills supporting researchers, builders, and adaptable leaders who can thrive in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Supported by the U.S. Embassy in Nepal, this initiative reflects NAAMII’s commitment to fostering practice-driven conversations and strengthening institutions working toward a responsible and innovative AI ecosystem.
