Call for Bids: Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Consultant  
NAAMII, in partnership with Visible Impact and DIYO AI, invites applications from qualified Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultants to support the dissemination and evaluation of an AI-based Safe Abortion Chatbot project.
  

Assignment Overview  
The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a light-touch Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework to assess the outcomes of the overall project and pilot use of the chatbot, with a focus on confidence, ethical awareness, usability, and perceived usefulness.
 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Test the Chatbot with its accuracy, ethics and knowledge foundation. 
  • Analyse the field groundwork of Safe Abortion laws and centers in Nepal.  
  • Document findings related to confidence, ethics awareness, and user engagement. 
  • Prepare a concise M&E report with key insights and recommendations. 

 

Deliverables 

  • Evaluation framework and tools 
  • Cleaned and analyzed dataset 
  • Final M&E Report (concise, evidence-based) 

 

Duration & Budget  

  • Duration: Short-term consultancy aligned with project reporting timeline.
  
  • Budget: Up to NPR 150,000 (inclusive of all taxes).

 

Required Qualifications 

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation. 
  • Experience working on health, gender, or technology-related projects preferred. 
  • Strong skills in survey design, data analysis, and report writing. 
  • Prior experience working with NGOs, research institutes, or donor-funded projects.
