Preshma Paudel is a law student. She is presently a Research Intern at the AI and Society (Governance) Lab at NAAMII, and her work explores emerging challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence, governance, and law. She is the Secretary of the Amnesty International Fusion Youth Network. She was a United Nations Millennium Fellow of the Class of 2024. She has published her works in the Asian Journal of International Affairs, Pioneer Magazine, and Spotlight Nepal. She has participated in both national and international moot court competitions, like the Foreign Direct Investment Moot Court Competition 2025 and national moots, including the British Gurkha Moot Court Competition and Second Preamble Moot Court Competition. She is passionate about promoting human rights, technology governance, and impactful legal reform.
