Dr. Regmi is an Adj. Clinical Research Scientist at TOGAI, where he works on advancing artificial intelligence in healthcare, particularly in medical imaging, AI-enabled diagnostics, and collaborative machine learning applications in radiology.

He completed his MBBS from Maharajgunj Medical Campus, Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, and MD in Radiodiagnosis from IOM, TUTH, where he was a top-ranked entrance achiever. He further specialized in pediatric imaging and neuroradiology through ESOR fellowships and European diplomas (EDiPR, EDiPNR), along with postgraduate training in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the University of Texas at Austin.
