Asmeeta Khadka is a legal fellow interested in AI regulation, IP and tech law. She has experience of working in 'Bhandari Law and Partners', a corporate law firm in Nepal.

Her participation in Price Media Law Moot Court Competition ignited the curiosity on nuances of liability for AI-generated content, and the working of AI in general. She is currently a research Intern in AI & Society (Governance) Lab in NAAMI. In addition, she is assisting in developing Edavor, a Nepali legal AI tool. Asmeeta has also been actively involved in international moot court competitions like Jessup Moot Court, Nuremberg Moot Court and Price Media Moot Court Competition. She holds certification in 'Arbitration and Mediation for IP and Technology Disputes' from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
